German Spätzle


– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoons salt – 4 large eggs – ½ cup whole milk

Bring Salted Water to a Boil

Mix Flour and Salt while bringing water to boil. 

Mix in Eggs and Milk and stir. Should be like a heavy pancake batter

Pick up a Spätzle maker! Fill the hopper and push through.

Once dumplings are floating, remove with slotted spoon.
