– ¼ cup white sugar – 2 tablespoons salt – 16 shrimp – 8 Strips of Bacon – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ lime) – ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Add Salt & Sugar

To Make Brine

Stir It Up

Brine for 30 Minutes

For Glaze, add lime to honey

Add Cayenne & Paprika

Stir it up!

Glaze the Shrimp

Wrap the Shrimp

Skewer the Shimp

Grill at 400° For 4 minutes

Flip and 4 more minutes

– Brining is optional – Buy quality bacon – Make sure to soak wood skewers for a bit. – Preheat to 400° Fahrenheit  – Use a Meat Thermometer to temp
