Potluck Pickle Wraps


– 6 medium dill pickles – 4 square slices of ham – 2 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 30 Minutes Active time – 58 Calories for 5 pieces

Pat the pickles dry

Cut the ends off the pickles

Spread 1/2 ounce cream cheese evenly over each piece of ham

Lay pickle on edge of sliced ham

Use Knife to cut excess meat and reserve for another pickle.

Wrap pickle tight

Cut pickle to match the size of the left over meat

Tightly wrap the remaining pickle

Repeat until ham is gone

Refrigerate uncut pickles for at least 1 hour

Cut into ½ inch slices
