Lefse Recipe

Double-rice 2.5 lbs of boiled, peeled Russet potatoes with 1/2 cup butter,  cubed

Let sit on counter for 1 hour then uncovered in refridgerator overnight. Pet your critters.

Add flour, room temperatyre cream, and salt. Make 8 or 16 balls. 

Roll out as thin as possible, but be careful. They are fragile flowers.

Using your lefse grill, heat on each side for 1.5 minutes at 500 F
