Description
Do you like ceviche? Well, twist it up with a bit of grapefruit! This is a classic ceviche recipe with a bit of grapefruit and grapefruit juice in it.
Ingredients

- 10 Ounces Red Snapper
- 1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice (1/2 Grapefruit)
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 Grapefruit, cut into sections
- 3–4 diced garlic cloves
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 slightly firm avocado, completely cleaned and chopped
- Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add fish and juices to bowl
- Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes or until fish is white all the way through
- Drain juice from fish
- In a separate bowl, add fish and all of the other ingredients
- Serve with chips or tortillas
