Description

Do you like ceviche? Well, twist it up with a bit of grapefruit! This is a classic ceviche recipe with a bit of grapefruit and grapefruit juice in it.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 Ounces Red Snapper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice (1/2 Grapefruit)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 Grapefruit, cut into sections
  • 34 diced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 slightly firm avocado, completely cleaned and chopped
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add fish and juices to bowl
  2. Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes or until fish is white all the way through
  3. Drain juice from fish
  4. In a separate bowl, add fish and all of the other ingredients
  5. Serve with chips or tortillas
