Description

This is a delicious Prosecco Cocktail that combines fresh orange flavor and delicious sherbet to make something fun, elegant, and delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons Orange Shebert
  • 1/2 Ounce Orangecello
  • 4 Ounces prosecco

Instructions

  1. Add Shebet to bottom of glass.
  2. Add Orangecello to glass. If you don’t have Orangecello, Limoncello is a good substitute.
  3. Slowly add prosecco to glass. It will bubble and that is ok. Fill until full.
  4. Serve

Notes

  • You don’t need to buy expensive prosecco for this recipe. If you have a Costco membership, the Kirkland brand prosecco is delicious for a recipe like this.
  • You can use any glass, but we chose champagne, as we liked the aesthetic. It did make it a little tough to scoop in the sherbet, but I still like the look.
  • You can easily turn this into a lemon drink by using Limoncello and lemon sherbet.
  • Use the amount of sherbet that you feel is appropriate. This doesn’t have to be exact. The summary of this recipe is that we are adding some tasty sweet stuff to prosecco.
