- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder or one minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2–4 canned individual chipotle peppers, finely minced
- ¼ cup minced cilantro(optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Mix well
- Put in fridge. Can serve immediately, but this dressing is best with at least a few hours in the refrigerator
- Store up to one week in the refrigerator
Notes
- Make sure chipotle is finely crushed
- I used TWO peppers, but you can use less or more depending on how much pepper flavor you want
- Store in fridge for up to a week
- Can substitute 2% or skim milk instead of whole milk.
