Description

If you are looking for a simple, easy, no mess recipe for your cucumbers, you have got to give this refrigerator pickles recipe a try. They are great to have around and it is a great way to use up our garden's cucumber bounty.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium unpeeled cucumbers
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight
  3. Serve

Notes

  • Allow to marinate overnight
  • Stores for up to one month
  • Keep in a covered container in the fridge
  • Consider adding other ingredients, such as garlic or peppers, to switch things up.
