- 6 medium unpeeled cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight
- Serve
Notes
- Allow to marinate overnight
- Stores for up to one month
- Keep in a covered container in the fridge
- Consider adding other ingredients, such as garlic or peppers, to switch things up.
