Description
Jell-O shots are fun for parties and group events. This twist on the classic Moscow Mule can add a little pizazz to your party drinks!
Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 3 Ounce Packet of Lime Jell-O
- ½ Cup of Vodka
- ½ Cup of Ginger Beer
- Small plastic or paper cups
Instructions
- Add Grated Ginger to 1 cup of water
- In saucepan, add ginger water mixture and bring to a boil
- In separate mixing bowl, add Jell-O powder
- Strain ginger from boiling water
- Add boiling water to mixing bowl
- Whisk until fully blended
- Add Vodka, ginger beer and mix
- Pour liquid into cups, approximately 2 ounces per serving
- Allow to set for at least 4 hours
