Description

Barb's Special Roux is a special cocktail. This Limoncello and Rhubarb Cocktail is Spring at it's best and a delicious craft drink. Get the recipe today!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 Ounce Vodka
  • 1 Ounce Rhubarb Syrup (see notes)
  • 1/2 Ounce Limoncello
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
  2. Dry shake for 15 seconds
  3. Add ice to shaker and shake for another 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a coupe glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or candied rhubarb would be neat.
